Han Ga-in Recalls Awkward Encounter with G-Dragon: Avoided Photos by Hiding in the Bathroom

On April 17, actress Han Ga-in shared a new video on her YouTube channel with the titled “Han Ga-in ♥ Charles Enter’s Secret Male Preferences Vlog.”
In the video, she chats with YouTuber Charles Enter about his series “Monthly Date“, a real-life content segment where he goes on a 1:1 date with a new male guest each month.

Charles suggested, “If you could do the Monthly Date series, try listing your date picks from January to December.” Han Ga-in responded with a laugh, “That’s a serious question. It’s not something I can answer lightly,” showing visible hesitation.
When Charles brought up G-Dragon (real name Kwon Ji-yong), asking, “Don’t you like him?” Han Ga-in blushed and replied, “I couldn’t go on a date with him. I’d be too embarrassed.”
She then shared a personal memory, recalling a past encounter with the K-pop star: “I once saw him at an event and even had a meal together, but we sat far apart, and I couldn’t even look at him. When people lined up to take pictures with him, I’d run to the bathroom.”
She went on to reveal, “At that time, G-Dragon even said, ‘Noona, you said you liked me—do you really like me?’ I didn’t want to make things awkward,” she added. “My feelings for him are my own. I wouldn’t want to make him uncomfortable. If I were to do Monthly Date, I probably couldn’t invite someone I truly like,” she confessed, expressing her heartfelt admiration as a genuine fan.

Han Ga-in has been married to actor Yeon Jung-hoon since 2005. The couple has two children—a daughter born in 2016 and a son in 2019. Both children have reportedly shown exceptional abilities, with her daughter ranking in the top 1%.
Han Ga-in has shared glimpses of her parenting approach, including early language exposure, though she recently faced criticism for showcasing her intense education routine in a now-deleted vlog. Despite the challenges, she continues to balance family life with her public career.
